Taking into consideration the above reported general aims of the project and the activities planned to reach these objectives, we broke down the work plan into 5 work packages: WP1: Innovative diagnostic techniques; WP2: Ancient and model items; WP3: New materials and technologies; WP4: Efficiency and durability of the conservation treatments; WP5: Dissemination and exploitation of the results. WP6: Project Management Although we will report a full description of the work packages later, in the following scheme we are briefly reporting the main tasks planned for each work package and are defining the nature of these activities (RTD, innovation related activities, and management).
