The Scenic Signature of Roberto Pantè at the Avignon Festival
Once again, for the production of Deux Femmes pour un Fantôme, on stage at the Avignon Festival until July 15, the scenography bears the distinctive signature of Phantasya Communication, under the artistic direction of Roberto Pantè.
This long-standing collaboration with the Théâtre Français de Rome has seen Pantè shape the visual identity of numerous theatrical productions over the years. In this latest creation, the stage becomes a suspended and poetic space—capable of evoking the invisible with a few essential elements and a powerful expressive impact.
The refined and symbolic scenography enhances the irony and lightness of René de Obaldia’s text, contributing significantly to the atmosphere of the performance directed by Hélène Sandoval.
Through this project, Phantasya Communication reaffirms its key role in defining the scenic aesthetic of the Théâtre Français, even on prestigious international stages such as Avignon.
